We are very excited to announce APEX Marketing Team was featured on NBC, FOX, and CBS today due to the efforts of our Public Relations team. Apex Marketing Team's Chief Marketing Officer, Kyle Barker, answered questions about marketing, success, what's next, and what makes Apex different.
"This was a great opportunity to get the word out about what we are doing over at Apex Marketing Team."- Kyle Barker
One part of the interview referenced our FREE custom websites that we offer and build for our clients.
Kyle had this to say about the topic, "I know it can be hard for a new business to come up with the money to get started off on the right foot, and #reachingapex in their field would be near impossible. We at APEX Marketing Team, decided to even the playing field."
He then went on to say, "We offer a FREE CUSTOM WEBSITE, like build it and everything for free, then the business just has to decide on a hosting package. Each package has different features so they range from $77 a month to $297. Still sure beats $5,000+ up front for the same site and then $100 a month for hosting. It’s unique, but being in Tupelo, MS where the King of Rock and Roll was born, can you really expect anything less?"
Why it matters
This is a huge step for APEX Marketing Team as they launch this new brand. By being featured on these networks, APEX now has the legal right to use "Featured on" and the logos for those networks on any site or publication.
"As a recently rebranded group, you basically have to start over with building trust and credibility. We all knew that fact when going into this, but truly felt it was worth it for the meaning behind our new brand. We also believed in the team we have and that they had the resources to do it. Today was a big step in building that trust for new clients."

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kyle Barker.
It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
Honestly it’s been quite the journey. I’ve owned a few businesses before, but the thrill was always the creative side of actually coming up and promoting the business. So finally I decided to make that my business.
I know it can be hard for a new business to come up with the money to get started off on the right foot, and #reachingapex in their field would be near impossible.
We at APEX Marketing Team, decided to even the playing field.
We offer a FREE CUSTOM WEBSITE, like build it and everything for free, then the business just has to decide on a hosting package. Each package has different features so they range from $77 a month to $297.
Still sure beats $5,000+ up front for the same site and then $100 a month for hosting.
We really feel we are making a difference, and so do our clients.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
You mean besides all of them?
On a serious note though, owning your own business is one of the toughest but also most rewarding things you could ever do.
I think had I known myself better, in the beginning, I would have started with the APEX Marketing Team, because this is my passion.
Just surround yourself with good people that are actively trying to reach the top, or APEX, of whatever they do. We at APEX call these people your “Sherpas”. That term of course is the name of the locals that help people get to the APEX of Mt. Everest.
That’s the key though, your support team gets you through it all.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
We are a humble Marketing Agency. We have 40 plus team members from all over the world, but our home office is in the small town of Tupelo, MS (better known as the birthplace of Elvis Presley).
To be frank, we are the type of team that will skip sleep and obsess over perfection. We would be hard pressed to work with a client that was not “all in” on whatever they are doing. We’ve seen it, and it just doesn’t work well. It’s a clash of ethics. We strive to be the APEX in the field of marketing, so we hope to work with clients, big or small, who are striving for the same in their field.
The main reason people first see us is because of our free custom website. You’ll see a lot of sites say, “free website”, but it is always a template and you have to build it yourself. You still also have to pay for hosting.
Ours is truly free, we build it to the client’s specs and then they decide what they want next and which hosting package works for them.
It’s unique, but being in Tupelo, MS where the King of Rock and Roll was born, can you really expect anything less?
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
Well, it’s funny you should ask. We are actually launching a podcast in July 2021 called #ReachingApex and it is built around this very question.
We will be taking parallels from climbing Mt. Everest and other Apex things in life, like the lion, Apex predator, and seeing how we can use those examples in our lives to help us in #reachingapex in our lives.
Wasn’t expecting to get to plug that in here, but great question and I’ll say tune in to get the answer.
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
Success is APEX. I feel, We feel, those words are interchangeable. No one at the APEX of Everest feels like a failure, I can promise you that.
To simplify it even more, success is the result of the journey to the APEX. Success is made up of failures, mistakes, setbacks; you honestly can’t obtain success without those things. The difference is, some people give up during the journey and miss out on the result. They were headed there, but just gave up, sometimes so close.
Didn’t really want to spoil this episode of our #reachingapex podcast, but it fits.
Did you know that Mt. Everest is right over 29,000ft above sea level? Maybe so, but did you know the area on Everest from 26,000ft to the Apex, so the last 3,000ft of climb is called the “death zone”? That’s right, the last 10% of the journey, right before the Apex, claims the most lives due to the harsh conditions.
You may see it, but I’ll lay it out, success is Apex. Those that can survive the roughest parts and realize the goal is just on the other side, that is what success is.
What’s next for you?
Just make sure I get better everyday. Make sure I help someone else get better everyday. Look for chances to push.
We have a lot going on at APEX. I promise, if you don’t have anything to do, offer something for free when others charge thousands. People will come out from every rock and need you.
We just want to make sure we keep focus on each client and do our best for each one. That’s what’s next. Stay focused, stay pushing on.
Finally, how can people connect with you if they want to learn more?
I strongly believe all great relationships start with a conversation. So call us at 662-900-APEX or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
