About the Role
Apex Marketing Team is now hiring for qualified full/part-time and/or internship within the Admin Department at the Tupelo, MS location.
-This role is "client facing" and candidate should be considered good with people, great organizational skills, proven communications skills, and a cool head when needed
-Position can be full or part time or an internship for approved applicants.
-Compensation is determined by experience and level of value added to the role within the company.
-In office hours for full time are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If part time or internship, in office hours are limited based on schedule.

The Admin-Sales Assistant role is responsible for the following tasks:
-Reach out to prospects that are received by Apex Marketing Team to discuss their needs and schedule appointment to meet with the appropriate team members.
-Schedule appointments and ensure attendance of schedule meetings via reminders and follow-up
-Take great notes to hand to project coordinator if prospect becomes client
-Maintain a "healthy funnel" of prospects, clients, and returning clients
-Complete emails, calls, texts follow-up as needed
