About the Role

Apex Marketing Team, LLC. is currently hiring for multiple Account Managers. Positions are available immediately.

This role's key focus is client onboarding, project management, client relations, revenue growth, and client retention.

The ideal applicant would be a professional, people person, organized, driven, responsible, great at communication, and "an eye for detail" type person with a background in potentially sales, marketing, customer service, or business ownership. A proactive outlook is preferred to reactive, as we try to anticipate needs and/or issues and provide solutions quickly.

Compensation is progressive with 5 possible levels based on accounts managed. Typically, new account managers will begin in "LEVEL A" for a probationary 90 day period while learning about the company and our processes. Based on the managers abilities and their progression during those 90 days, the manager will be moved to the corresponding level at the end of the 90 days and have the opportunity to progress monthly.

This is a "no cap" position on earnings with each level offering a salary(not commission) and the final level offering bonuses for higher amounts (commissions). This position also offers room for career growth beyond money, with the ability to become an Account Executive and manage multiple Account Managers that report to that position.

Currently, this position will be mostly remote/virtual while our future office space is being built. Most of our clients are from around the United States with only 2% being local to the Tupelo, MS surrounding areas. So candidate should be comfortable communicating via phone, email, Zoom/Google Meet, text, and other remote ways for now and into the future.

Each manager is responsible for retaining clients while bringing in new clients to progress in the different compensation levels.

We provide computers and a phone number, email, CRM, project management software, leads, advertising, and networking costs for each account manager.

At the end of the 90 day period, account managers can opt in to medical, dental, vision, short/long term, and other standard benefits.
